PAKISTAN Completes it's 4 th nuclear reactor

This is satellite image of a nuclear reactor in Khushab, Pakistan currently Pakistan has two working nuclear reactors in that area which produce significant amount of weapon ready plutonium.But because of the threat of Indian high Defense budget Pakistan  had started to build a third nuclear reactor a fourth nuclear reactor was also identified in the month of April 2011 it.

It is estimated that Pakistan will complete it's fourth reactor in the year 2013 which will increase it's plutonium production significantly and Pakistan will surpass France China and many other big fishes and will be on rank 3 in the list of worlds most powerful nuclear power this fact has terrified Indian nation and their media here is a link to a You tube video uploaded by INDIA TV.Pak rushes to complete 4 th nuclear reactor.
according to India, Pakistan is the only nuclear threat in Asia as Iran does not have enriched uranium and north Korea does not have any known nuclear weapons.
I can't say anything about Pakistan and USA's point of view because they are keeping their lips zipped on this topic.
